I used to have the same problem at my host stay. Every morning at like 3:30am, what the heck! Fortunately for me, it has gotten a lot better in my apartment. Apparently 2 blocks makes all the difference. I have an extra room if you ever need to escape that awful morning cackling :(
Hi Saira, I ran across your blog link at the GW web site.(my son has applied to GW) I too was a PC vol. in ST. Kitts back in 1974-76. I'm sure it was very differant back then but in many ways still the same. Still have life long friends from the island and have even visited a few times since. Enjoy it while you can.
